Can I text my concierge?
Yes. Your concierge contacts you from a U.S. phone number, so you can call or text as the task requires.
Do hours expire?
No. Your hours roll over indefinitely and never expire.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription anytime. Hours already purchased remain available.
What information is safe to share?
Share the information needed to complete the task. We limit task access, use secure methods for sensitive details, and do not sell your information.
What if I need someone full time?
We recruit and screen a dedicated person for you. The recruiting fee is $1,500, with $500 paid up front.
